Jörg has 10 years’ experience as a CEO and 17 years’ experience in P&L Responsibility. He has extensive experience in growing and restructuring (inter)national multi-channel retail organisations as well as in digitally transforming multi-channel fashion companies. Jörg has held leading roles in strategic projects analysing customer & market developments, identifying new business opportunities, creating new business models, setting up national/multi-national operations and driving M&A processes for external growth. He has successfully driven change in highly dynamic environments characterised by significant changes of customer behaviour, market situation and P&L pressure. Jörg has exceptional cross-functional experience, having seen a variety of business situations and different challenges throughout all functional areas & processes. He has played a leading role in designing and setting up start-ups in consulting, and the retail & internet industry. Moreover, he has developed and successfully spearheaded effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, awareness, excitement and customer engagement.
